Privacy Statement

If you visit our site, we may collect the following information:
We collect and store: the name of the domain and host from which you access the Internet (for example, aol.com or princeton.edu); the Internet protocol (IP) address of the computer you are using; the browser software you use and your operating system; the date and time you access our site; and the Internet address of the website from which you linked directly to our site. We use this information to measure the number of visitors to the different sections of our site, and to help us make our site more useful. Generally, we delete this information after one year.

We gather information from end-users by voluntary registration only.
To gain access to restricted-access areas of our distance learning mission, visitors are asked to provide information. We may request end-users to provide their name, job title, company, school/business address, school/business phone, school or business fax and/or email address, and age or date of birth.

We have a clearly defined policy regarding collection of any information from children under the age of 18.
We do not collect any personal information from any visitor regarding gender, ethnic background, or religion. However, our products are designed for the educational use of children, their families, and schools, and to this end they have intrinsic entertainment and educational appeal for children of all ages.

Participation in the Chat Rooms or other online services.
In case the
participation in any chat room or other online service that requires interaction with others is needed, we will require any person under the age of 18 years to download a Parental Permission Form and forward the form with the signature of a parent or guardian. We do not disclose this information to outside third parties and use it exclusively for achieving the goals and objectives of the mission. However, we are not responsible if children under the age of 18 years of age, who have submitted the requisite permission, publish personal and/or confidential information during a chat session or other interactive activity during our chats or other online service.

We use personally identifying information from consumers in various ways to further our consumer protection and competition activities. We may enter the information you send into our database to make it available to our staff. However, we do not submit any information collected to outside third-parties.

The information end-users submit to us is considered sensitive and confidential. No one outside third-party can view end-user information. We will not sell or market visitor information without the specific permission of our visitors.
