| Water
recovery and management takes water from the atmosphere, from whatever
is leftover after the astronauts’ sanitary and housekeeping chores,
and recycles it, removes all the chemicals and minerals, and returns
it into the system. There it is used for a number of vital purposes
including the production of Oxygen by electrolysis. Potable (drinkable) water is delivered during each mission of the Space Shuttle from Earth. Go Back |
