Each team will be assigned a section of the classroom. The Communications
Team should be centrally located so that all Crisis Management Team
members can easily deliver their reports from their respective teams.
Each Team will make its section of the room its "team headquarters."
You will want to arrange your desks so that you can work together
without disturbing the other teams. You may create a team sign identifying
your team's area. Nametags for each team member can be helpful, especially
if you expect visitors in your classroom during the e-Mission.
During the practice session and the mission, your team may want to
collect these items and store them in a central team location so that
everyone can use them. Keep your work areas open and neat. This promotes
more accurate work.
Your team should have access to a computer. This computer will transmit
real-time data you will enter into your tables. You will also receive
the appropriate report forms, tables and graphs to complete. Make
sure you have the materials your team needs to succeed.
Team success begins with responsible Mission Specialists.
